This Mother’s Day, the steak house and French brassiere will be dishing out a special two-course menu with all mums receiving a complimentary glass of Pol Roger Champagne on arrival.
For $75 a head, diners can choose between entrée or dessert alongside a main. You can start with small plates of whipped parfait and cont shallots on brioche; goats cheese and pineapple on crackers; and cured salmon with cucumber and caviar. For your main you can each choose between a juicy eye fillet steak with charred broccolini and parsnip; seared barramundi served squash, green beans and hazelnuts; or a rich and earthy risotto with parmesan and mushroom. You can then choose to finish off your meal with chocolate fondant with salted caramel; a fresh yoghurt pannacotta with winter berries and granola; or sticky toffee with dates and an iced vanilla custard.
