Time Out says

The Royal Melbourne Show has gone online with cute animal livestreams, interviews, giveaways and more

It's about this time in the year that'd we'd usually be heading out to Melbourne Showgrounds for the Royal Melbourne Show. But while 2020 put paid to that Melbourne tradition this year, we're still able to enjoy the show at home.

The Royal Melbourne Show has created an online program called Celebrating the Show Online, which allows Victorians to enjoy many of their fave Melbourne show events from at home. From September 19 to 29, you can enjoy interviews, videos, livestreams, giveaways and competitions centred around some of the Royal Melbourne Show's core events.

The program means you'll still be able to enjoy cute barnyard animals thanks to Farmer Darryl's FarmCam livestream, watch man vs log with woodchop demonstration videos and even purchase a showbag or two.

You can also try your hand at creating award-winning recipes from past ribbon winners, or enter the Doggo Dress Up competition

The Celebrating the Show Online program runs until September 29. Head to the website for more information.
