City of Melbourne Bowls Club

What an incredible idea, right? A bowls club slap bang in the middle of the CBD. We salute whoever thought of this one, but they're long dead. Right across the road from the Queen Victoria Markets and the legal precinct, the 1879 club has a newly renovated clubhouse that’s totally open to the public. With function rooms flooded with natural light and heaps of racks to park your bike, ride over with a few colleagues for Friday night happy hour knock-offs. Don't expect food unless they're catering for your function.
