You've been to or at least heard of a drive-in cinema, now check out Coburg Velodrome's ride-in cinema, an outdoor cinema designed specifically to encourage moviegoers to hop on their saddle and ride to the movies.
The outdoor cinema will be showing cult classics and new releases every Saturday in February. Expect the new Star Wars: Rogue One film, E.T., Blade Runner, and The Big Lebowski.
Set in the historic cycling velodrome, the site is also within short walking distance from the Batman train station and Sydney Road's tram line, so you can catch public transport if you don't have a bike. All that's left to do is bring a picnic rug and some snacks!
