Time Out says

No director, no sheet music – just sing along to some of your favourite tunes

Love going to gigs mostly because you can sing along with the band? Always sing along with the radio? And fancy joining a choir but don't want to be bothered with directors, sheet music, rehearsals, auditions and all that Sanctus Sanctus Dominus?

The Cool Choir is the event for you. Normal people with no previous singing training (or necessarily ability) rock up and get down to some bangin' tunes. There's a song book with lyrics, and each song is played twice so you really get the hang of it. It's like a group sing with your mates, but bigger.

This time around you can wrap your vocal cords around David Bowie, Hall and Oates, Womack and Womack, and Charles and Eddie’s ‘Would I Lie to You?’.

Expect foot stomping, dancing, jamming and all-around good vibes.
