Six and a half short years after they launched their label, co-creators Nadia Napreychikov and Cami James are hosting a retrospective in the city where it all began – displaying hundreds of subversive, over-the-top pieces on mannequins at a Collingwood gallery.
Among the pieces on display are garments specially commissioned for celebrities, including Rihanna and Katy Perry. Relatively early on, the label began appearing on the Instagram feeds of the likes of Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj –and the Australia Ballet and Hello Kitty have also sought exclusive collaborations.
