Time Out says

The largest and longest-running trade show for food industry professionals returns this September

Since it first launched 38 years ago, Fine Food Australia has been a leading event for those in the food industry, and an unparalleled vehicle for connecting quality trade buyers to suppliers. And now, after a three-year hiatus, it is returning to Melbourne from September 5-8.

Taking place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Fine Food Australia will showcase everything you could ever need for your food business, including catering equipment, the latest in retail technology, baking ingredients, sustainable packaging, front of house gear and a large healthy living zone. There will also be more than 700 exhibitors on-site, specialising in goods like meat, seafood, confectionery, dairy, coffee, tea and alcohol.

The menu of events scheduled to take place over the four days is impressive, with live cooking demonstrations, educational seminars, pop-up activations, guest speakers and competitions on the agenda. And you might even spot a few familiar faces wandering around – the likes of Kay-Lene Tan from Tonka, Brendan Katich from Nomad, Kirsten Tibballs from Savour and Jo Barrett from Wild Pies have all been confirmed to attend.

The food industry was hit extremely hard by the pandemic and currently remains in recovery mode, so if you’re keen to be inspired, make connections and sample some truly fabulous (and delicious!) products, this is something you do not want to miss.

Fine Food Australia is a trade-only event that is free for all professionals working in foodservice, hospitality and retail industries. For more information and to register your interest, head to the website.
