Four Pillars Fridays

Collins Street’s InterContinental Hotel will be raising a glass to winter weekends with Friday night drinks at their New York-style whisky bar Market Lane Bar.

In a special collaboration with local gin distillers Four Pillars, the InterContinental Hotel will be serving up delicious gin-infused drinks from the Four Pillars team, including their new curated cocktail the Bloody Floradora. It’s a special concoction that features the Bloody Shiraz Gin from the Victorian distillery, a unique combo of Yarra Valley shiraz grapes and Four Pillars’ rare dry gin. You can also get amongst a selection of Four Pillars’ gins which will be on offer with matching tonics and garnishes.

Four Pillars Fridays kicks off at 4.30pm each Friday until the end of August.
