There are few things Melburnians love more than gin, except maybe brunch. Luckily for us, Marko and Four Pillars are combining the two to create the cocktail and boozy brunch pairing of your dreams.
From January 12 to April 25, the two Melbourne institutions are joining forces in a gin-spritz garden pop-up at South Melbourne Market. That means you can get your cocktail with a side of brunch while you shop.
Plant-based dining hub Marko will be serving four signature gin-based cocktails that hero the Four Pillars Gin range. Sit back, relax and enjoy the faux grass and mini palm trees in an open-air setting that seats more than 50 people.
The Four Pillars Gin x Marko pop-up menu includes a Yuzu Spritz, Blue Tingle, Grapefruit Spritz and more And while gin is definitely the star of this pop-up, customers will find a drinks menu full of local and small producers like Marionette and its amazing Blue Curacao, Unico and its Limoncello and Capi and its range of mixers.
The garden will be open from 11.30am on Wednesdays through Sundays, and visitors can enjoy a spritz happy hour from 3pm to 6pm on Thursdays through Saturdays.
