Happening as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, the Fromage à Trois cheese and cider festival at Werribee Park will bring together the best local cheese and cider producers from all over Victoria.
Only 30 minutes away from the city, the festival's Werribee Park location will make for a quick sojourn out of town. Wander through the marquees to check out the range of local and regional produce – from soft creamy cheeses to tangy sparkling ciders. Build your own picnic with all the produce that will be available, chill out in front of the main stage to watch the live entertainment and stop by the cooking demonstrations' stage to see professional chefs share their cooking secrets live.
As well as cheese and cider, there will also be a food court area complete with food trucks, plus beer and wine if you feel like a libation other than cider. Fromage à Trois is a family-friendly event and children aged 12 and under can enter for free.
