Everyone loves a degustation with matched wines, but why should oenophiles have all the fun? On July 25 Gin Palace is hosting its first ‘Hidden Gin Dinner’, with three courses matched to gin cocktails made with new Tasmanian distillery Taylor and Smith Gin.
There will also be a gin and tonic upon arrival, and someone from Taylor and Smith will be on hand to talk you through the story of the gin you're drinking.
Gin Palace aims to do a series of dinners like this one with different distilleries.
Can’t get enough of the drinks in one night? Fret not, bottles are discounted at the end of the night so you can enjoy more at home.
