It's safe to say the humble spritz is having a moment right now and this Labour Day weekend you’ll be able to play a bit of DIY with this deliciously refreshing bevvy.
South Wharf’s Melbourne Public have teamed up with Dal Zotto wines for a build your own spritz bar. Punters will be able to combine liquors, wines and garnishes for a stellar Sunday session on March 11 from noon onwards.
The event is free to attend, but if you’d like you can pre-purchase a ticket for $10 which will give you two free drinks on arrival. Otherwise spritzes are $12 each and there will also be schooners of tap beer if you’re not into the bubbles.
Come down early if you’re keen, as the venue can reach capacity pretty quickly.
