In October this year, this pop-up lobster and Champagne restaurant opened in Sydney, serving brioche rolls filled with fresh, wild-caught Clearwater Maine lobster tail, slow-cooked in a butter bath and served with buttermilk slaw. Insanely, these babies were just $35 – and that included a side of parmesan truffle fries.
Now, Lobster Shack is here in Melbourne, with exactly the same delicious deal. For $50, you'll also get a glass of Veuve Clicquot. The kicker: the pop-up is in the Arts Centre Melbourne forecourt, so you could pair your seafood snack and bubbles with a show. If there's a better way to spend a warm summer evening, we're yet to hear about it.
