Melbourne Street Eatz has brought its food truck festival back to South Wharf for a sixth year. Expect to find a rotation of food trucks (think everything from tacos to pizza), two bars, DJs, games and live entertainment.
Food is available to purchase directly from the food trucks, with drinks flowing from two bars. There’s also plenty of comfy daybeds to lounge on, and blankets will be available for hire if it gets chilly at night.
Canine lovers will want to bring their furry friend and join the pack at Cocktails and Dog Tails (Sun Mar 13), with cocktails for the humans and pupachinos for the pooches on arrival along with grooming stations and dog competitions ($20-$25).
Melbourne Street Eatz takes place at 1 Convention Place, South Wharf from December 2 until April 25. It's open Thursday and Friday 4pm to 11pm, and Saturday to Sunday noon to 11pm. Entry to the event is $2 (card/contactless payments only), while special events will be ticketed - more info on those can be found here.
