A free festival of wellness for the mind, body and spirit

Over three days, the Mind Body Spirit Festival will present an inspired program featuring seminars by health experts, cooking demonstrations, product showcases and more. More than 11,000 health-conscious people will flock into Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre to watch more than 60 guest speakers share their expert knowledge on matters of health and nutrition, spirituality, and self-development. The line-up of speakers includes health and wellbeing author Julie Rennie and holistic health advocate Therese Kerr.

Healthy foodies can look forward to cooking demonstrations of raw, vegan and nutritious meals at the Soul Kitchen, where chef Liz Richards from Simple Nourishment and wellness coach Andi Lew will be running workshops.

Relax and unwind in the Meditation Room where you'll be able to sit in on guided meditation classes, and stop by the Psychic Reading Room for a reading from one of Australia's best psychic readers. 

Finally, Mind Body Spirit Festival's performance stage will be putting on a daily line-up of empowering entertainment featuring spiritual medium Jason McDonald, yoga with Jessica Dewar and laughter yoga with Laughing Club Victoria that will have you bent over with giggles.
