Queen Victoria Market is celebrating Mooncake Festival for the tenth year with a weekend of cultural performances, delicious street food stalls and kids activities. Plus, there will no doubt be more than enough mooncakes to go around for a weekend sweet treat.
Mooncake Festival traditionally marks the end of the fall harvest. Dating back 3000 years to China’s Zhou Dynasty, this festival is an East Asian tradition which promotes abundance and family unity.
