This Mother's Day let the Cliveden take care of you and your mum by booking in for a luxe long brunch. A full buffet-style spread will be put on, which include extensive canapés, antipasto, a seafood station, full carvery and Mediterranean mains.
Mum will get a Mimosa or Bloody Mary on arrival, and if you want you can upgrade to a bottomless white or pink sparkling package.
Food wise you'll start off with roving breakfast-style snacks including scrambled egg tartlets with crispy bacon and toasted cheese sourdough sandwiches, before making your way through the charcuterie. The seafood selection will dish out your favourites fresh from the ocean, including hand-shucked oysters, tiger prawns and calamari.
The hot buffet includes the likes of free-range chicken with sauce Provençale; Tasmanian grass-fed lamb rump; and market fish with barley and preserved lemon, while the carvery will slice up juicy beef rump served with béarnaise or jus.
The dessert station will ensure you finish your meal on a sweet note, with a custom crêpe making station, dainty framboise macaroons, Lychee pink heart domes and a chocolate fountain.
The all-inclusive buffet is $99pp, kicking off at noon on Mother’s Day, May 13.
