Workout with the dinosaurs
Melbourne Museum is running Museum Moves in July, a new series of morning exercise events developed with Phillip Adams BalletLab.
These morning workouts are designed to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to the gym nuts, and combine yoga, dance and traditional exercise routines to respond to the museum environment. Classes run for an hour and BalletLab exercise instructor Jo Lloyd will take you through stretches under the towering dinosaurs, cardio under the shadow of a whale vertebrae and cool down in the lush Forest Gallery.
Museum Moves starts bright and early at 7.30am (arrive 15 minutes earlier) and will wrap up with a healthy breakfast that you can take away if you need to rush to work. Book online to work out with the dinosaurs.
