Celebrate the tastiest way to eat potatoes at this carb-loaded buffet

The only thing to be scared of this Friday the 13th is missing out on the fries buffet at the Langham's Melba restaurant. To celebrate national fries day (we are suss as to whether this is a day officially recognised by the UN), Melba is hosting a buffet dedicated to fries, the (arguably) most delicious way to eat potatoes.

Drop into Melba for lunch or dinner to partake in this crisp, carbo-licious feast. Whether you're a fan of simple salted French fries or prefer your chips thick-cut and fully loaded there will be something to sate your appetite.

On the fries day menu you can find chipotle sea salt fries with amarillo mayonnaise and chunky beer-battered fries with black garlic aioli, as well as Canada's tastiest culinary export, poutine. The Melba is taking bookings for lunch and dinner now, with sittings at noon and 6pm.
