Arbory's executive chef, Nick Bennett, will be setting up his oyster and charcuterie stations, while a selection of canapés will keep the crowd well fed all night, delivering crab doughnuts with Marie Rose sauce, salmon sashimi, Arbory's famous double cheeseburger and red velvet ice cream sandwiches.
