Supernormal is throwing a seafood and Palomino party

You wouldn't think that Supernormal would team up with Scott Wasley, otherwise known as the Palomino Doctor, for a seafood and sherry party, but it has. From 7pm on the evening of Thursday, September 5, Supernormal Canteen is hosting a six-course dinner matched to six different palominos. For the uninitiated, palomino is a white grape variety grown in Spain used to produce sherry.

Supernormal Canteen is pairing seafood like cured kingfish, wasabi and avocado to a Bodegas Luis Perez ‘el Muelle’ Palomino; a potato and octopus salad with fermented chilli to a Callejuela Pago Macharnudo Palomino de Flor; and even a dessert of blood orange cream and burnt caramel to a Gutierrez Colosia Oloroso.
