Fancy a feast of ethical proportions? Melbourne’s very own Pastuso and Atlas Dining are teaming up to bring diners another of their delectable collaborations in the form of a six-course seafood dinner.
Pastuso's executive chef and co-owner Alejandro Saravia will be working alongside Atlas Dining's head chef and co-owner Charlie Carrington to craft an inventive new menu for the evening. Plus, each restaurant is working with Red Coral Seafood to source their ingredients and create exciting new courses for the one-off meal.
The evening will begin with East Gippsland smoked eel pate with Port Arlington mussels, sweet potato causa with pickled garfish, ceviche and King George whiting. Carrot tiger's milk cured by Pastuso and Lakes Entrance sardines will also be served, with mains like salt-crusted Hiramasa Kingfish and grilled Ora king salmon on offer. To top it all off there will be a traditional Peruvian-style lemon pie to finsh.
It will be held on Tuesday, September 11 at 6.30pm and it’s priced at $100 for six courses, or $140 for six courses and matched wines.
