A celebration of all that’s best about the west for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival
At Footscray’s Plough Hotel, chef Scott Thomas will be cooking a menu of porcine goodness using Western Plains pigs; pots and pints from Footscray’s own West City Brewing; and pinot from Shadowfax Wines in Werribee. To keep those good times rolling there'll be live music from Sweet Jean and Jim Lawrie on the day.
