Want some cooking inspiration, or just want to taste some of the delicious produce on offer at Preston Market?
A two-hour walking tour will take 10 lucky people through the seafood, deli, meat, produce and cooked food sections of the market to taste and learn about everything from 'unusual' meats to foods that promote gut health.
The tour will include some dishes prepared to take home, and visitors will get to talk with traders at the market for insight into how to choose produce and what to cook.
