Everyone’s favourite steam train is offering an adventure fuelled by artistic flair, with Puffing Billy Railway launching a brand new experience that combines nature and creativity.
In addition to the classic journey through the forests and fern gullies of the Dandenong Ranges, you can now partake in a relaxing adults-only paint and sip session, using inspiration from the stunning natural surroundings.
After a picturesque ride on the heritage steam train that will traverse the well-loved route from Belgrave to Lakeside, you can unleash your inner artist with a two-hour guided painting session.
With a glass of bubbly in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, you’ll create your very own masterpiece to take home, with step-by-step help from an expert artist. To ensure you don't get hungry, there will be a grazing table loaded with delicious cured meats, a selection of artisanal cheeses and more.
Once your work of art is complete, you’ll ride the train back through the beautiful scenery to Belgrave.
The Puffing Billy Railway Paint and Sip experience will run on selected Sundays, with the first happening on August 27 and more dates to be announced soon. Tickets are limited, so get in quick before they’re snapped up.
