Boxing, booze and badass women come together for this event for single women

Created by event company the Lonely Hearts Club, Punch, Drunk, Love is an event for single women in Melbourne who want to kick back, make some friends and embrace their singledom.

On the Grand Final public holiday, single ladies are invited to Southbank’s One Roof for a half-day event featuring boxing, booze and badass women. If you haven’t been to a Lonely Hearts Club event before, you can expect a fun and educational good time that aims to empower and motivate single women.

It all starts with a 45-minute boxing session, which will be followed by a well deserved ice-cold bevvie. Guests are then invited to take a seat on a cosy picnic rug with a cheese platter and a glass of bubbles while an all-female line-up of speakers takes to stage. You’ll hear from love expert Emily Chadbourne, relationship coach Megan Luscombe and meditation teacher and wellness writer Sam Tallent.

The speakers will share their knowledge, tools and qualifications to help other women accept the fact that it’s OK to be 30 and single.
