Time Out says

Shake off your worries at one of these free, livestreamed dance sessions

Good news Melbourne! You can still have a boogie, so long as you do so at home (or during your one hour of daily outdoor exercise we presume). If you're feeling a little rusty, don't despair either: Rawcus Ensemble has teamed up with Arts Centre Melbourne to host free weekly dance sessions.

Every Wednesday during August, the Rawcus team is delivering public dance classes via Zoom, with each class led by professional dancers. No experience is required and the sessions are accessible to all Melburnians with an internet connection. They are Auslan interpreted and are guided by Rawcus's team of skilled dancers who are both disabled and non-disabled.

Aspiring dancers can come it whatever attire they wish, be that tutus, activewear or their PJs. Sessions are free to attend but you must register – head along to the website if you're interested in signing up.
