Two of our favourite phrases in the English language are 'all you can eat' and 'all you can drink'. The crew at Red Spice Road are being forced out of their McKillop Street site due to redevelopment and thought the best way to say goodbye to their old home is to put those phrases together in one giant farewell party in the form of an indoor hawker-style market with cocktails, DJs and an obligatory lion dance.
The party will take place at their current site (before they move to Queens Street in October), and a ticket buys you three hours of non-stop drinks and food that includes Red Spice Road's famous pork belly, noodles, dumplings, betel leaves and plenty of bites straight off the charcoal grill.
