King of all things premium and grilled Rockpool Bar & Grill is collaborating with two world-renowned South American chefs for its exclusive ‘On Fire’ series over September and October.
The series will kick off with Diego Hernández Baquedano of Corazon de Tierra restaurant in Mexico jetting into Australia to cook at Rockpool Melbourne on the 7th of September, followed by Pedro Bargero from Chila in Buenos Aries cooking at Rockpool Melbourne on the 19th of October.
Both restaurants ranked in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2021, with both chefs known for their revolutionary styles of cooking of merging traditional with contemporary to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
The series will see each chef collaborate with Rockpool executive chefs to create exclusive menus that have never before been seen or tasted. What will result will surely be a seamless fusing of Rockpool Bar & Grill’s signature wood-fire flavour with each visiting chef’s interpretation of their national cuisine.
Tickets to each dinner are $245 per person and include a cocktail and snacks on arrival, followed by four courses. Sittings begin at 6pm, and run for two hours. Book your ticket here.
