Time Out says

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen night markets at Queen Victoria Market, but the good news is that they’re making a sweet return in April.

Spaced Out at Queen Victoria Market is a new twilight market launching on Wednesday, April 7 and running for four weeks. Head along and you’ll find a mix of Melbourne’s best food trucks and QVM favourites selling everything from paella to lobster rolls, popcorn prawns, truffle fries and more.

The star of the show will be the new Infinity and Beyond Bar which will be serving up space-themed cocktails featuring Antagonist Spirits’ Hard Cut Gin and beers by Brick Lane Brewing. Pick up a Drops of Jupiter cocktail featuring peaches and cream-flavoured gin, or a Space Rock Fizz which has gin and spiced rum with grapefruit, pineapple and apple juice. There will also be wines by Mitchelton and ciders by Coldstream Brewery.

Naturally, there will be some stellar live entertainment lined up, too. Local musos the Thin White Ukes will be paying tribute to art-pop prince David Bowie, and street entertainer Chris Morant will be bringing a roving light and mirrors show to the precinct. Don’t miss the Guru Dudu silent disco as well.

The Spaced Out night market will be running from 5pm to 10pm on April 7, 15, 21 and 28. Entry is free with food and drinks all available to purchase.
