As part of a string of pop-up events by former chef Stephen Torres in collaboration with Park Hyatt's Masters of Food and Wine events series, Radii will be hosting a roster of New Orleans' top chefs and bartenders in an event called Taste the Big Easy. Torres has clocked time in restaurants such as Alinea and Eleven Madison Park, which was named number one at the 2017 World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Taste the Big Easy will be run over two nights (October 11 and 12) from 6pm, at the Park Hyatt's Radii restaurant and bar where you can get a taste of Creole and Cajun cuisine that blends French, Spanish and West African flavours. Obligatory dishes of gumbo, jambalaya, po’ boys and beignets will be served on the night. Restaurant dining will be $88 per person which includes a cocktail on arrival and endless helpings of Southern Louisiana cuisine. Bar dining is $48 and will buy a cocktail on arrival and a New Orleans grazing platter.
A live dixie-style jazz band will be playing over both evenings to bring a true atmosphere of New Orleans to the Park Hyatt.
