Celebrate the influential chefs who have been around from Melbourne Food and Wine Festival's early days

The Class of '92 celebrates the chefs and restaurateurs who have been around since the very early days of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival (MFWF). Paul Bocuse, Paul Lynch and Stephanie Alexander's influence on Australia's food scene is undeniable even as MFWF reaches its 25th anniversary, so the dishes that really stood out at the first ever MFWF in 1992 will be recreated by Taxi Kitchen chef Tony Twitchett and his team. Enjoy these seminal dishes with matching wines – which includes a 1992 vintage wine.
