Eat with your nose at this multi-sensory degustation with a fragrance specialist

A meal has always been a multi-sensory experience. You eat with your eyes, nose and mouth, but Lûmé is taking that experience to a whole new level by collaborating with fragrance specialist Samantha Taylor for one of their Great Australian Roadtrip dinners. 

The perfume dinner will explore the idea that different smell can change our perception of flavour. The eight-course menu will be matched with beverages, and different fragrances, and in typical Lûmé style, there will be a few surprises.

Ticket prices include all beverages – non-alcoholic beverage match available on request.
