Nothing tops a celebration like a glass of Champagne – especially when it’s Moët & Chandon. If you want to feel like a Formula One champ after a podium win this race season, then the only right way to do it is with a glass of Moët & Chandon in hand.

Savour a taste of the pole-position lifestyle this summer with no podium theatrics required, even if the pros like to mark a win with a dramatic shower of Moët & Chandon. Check out which fine dining spots in Melbourne are serving up Champagne, especially for the 2026 Formula One Australian Grand Prix. You can pop in for a glass now, right through to March 9.

Here’s what’s on offer across the city:

Maison Batard:

Watch the terrace level transform into ‘La Terrasse’ by Moët & Chandon where you can get Impérial Brut and Grand Vintage 2016 by the glass, paired with exquisite dishes including tart of yellowfin tuna, jambon and caviar or a salmon gravlax.

Stokehouse:

There’s a Formula One summer takeover in the beachfront courtyard downstairs where they’re pouring Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut or sip on Grand Vintage 2016 in the restaurant upstairs. Enjoy antipasti offerings with shucked oysters, cacio e pepe arancini and zucchini flowers on the menu.

Pipi’s Kiosk:

Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut is the star of summer food and by the glass pairings. Expect bites including salad cod croquettes and Sydney rock oysters.

Reine & La Rue:

Have one of the fanciest French dinners Melbourne has to offer with a glass of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016.

Wally’s Albert Park:

This elegant bar is pouring Moët & Chandon on the terrace and indoors, alongside a seasonal menu spotlighting fresh seafood and Italian plates.

The Ritz-Carlton:

The Lobby Bar gets a Champagne tower, plus Moët & Chandon features across the restaurant menu and by the glass food pairings. Enhance your experience with three freshly shucked oysters or caviar canapés.

The Prince:

Dig into a Moët & Chandon set menu for $80 per person including oysters, charcuterie, mini wagyu cheeseburger, fries, and Moët granita. Feeling fancy? Add on free-flowing Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut NV for 90 minutes or caviar.
