Adelaide Hills winery Vinteloper is setting up shop at Stomping Ground in Collingwood, bringing grapes, barrels, presses and staff to make wine in Melbourne.
The night includes a four-course dinner (with matching Vinteloper wines, of course) and a chance to help make the 2019 vintage.
And they don't call it Stomping Ground for nothing. Or at least there's a bit of nominative determinism going on – if you go along, you'll get to take off your shoes and get knee deep in grapes. That's right, you can unleash your inner Lucille Ball and make wine the old-fashioned way. The product of all that inner-city winemaking will be Urban Winery Project's 2019 vintage.
