Welcome to Thornbury will be cheering on the Australian team as the 2016 Olympic Games kicks off in Rio de Janeiro kicks off this weekend. They've rounded up Melbourne's best Brazilian and Latin food trucks as well as WTT's regulars.
The opening ceremony will be screened from noon on Saturday (because, let's face it, do we really want to set an alarm on Saturday morning to see it live?) and Welcome to Thornbury will be pumping our Brazilian beats, cocktails, and games throughout the weekend.
Join in an energetic round of human foosball in between food truck bites: Saturday will see Brazilian Bites, Copa Food Truck, Señor Churro, La Revolucion, Greek Street Food, and Professeur Crepe. On Sunday, Brazilian Bites and Copa Food Truck will be joined by Loaded Gourmet Hotdogs, Those Guys' Food, Nem 'n' Nem, and St Gerry's. WTT favourites Mr Burger will be dishing out burgers on both days.
