Feeling the cold? Here are three things guaranteed to warm you up this winter

The name says it all, really. Whisky. Wine. Fire. There can be no better way to stay warm and celebrate winter.

The festival will take over Caufield Racecourse the weekend of July 19-22, and there will be heaps of awe-inspiring fire displays in the fire garden. Your $15 ticket gets you entry, a souvenir glass to take home and a wine tasting.

You can buy additional tastings and full glasses, and boy, you'll want to, with exhibitors including Ardbeg, Belgrove Distillery, Starward, McHenry, Talisker and Timboon. Wine on offer will include 19 Crimes, Balgownie Estate, Innocent Bystander, Kerri Greens, McPherson, Portsea Estate, Scotchman's Hill and Tar & Roses.

And don't forget the food – you'll want to match that wine and whisky with saucy, barbecue and smoky delights. Some of our faves will be there, including Farmer's Daughters, Burn City Smokers and Hoy Pinoy.
