Savour the sweet stuff at Prahran Market’s devilishly tasty chocolate festival
Prahran Market’s Wicked Chocolate Festival is back for another year, bringing chocolate lovers to their knees with sweet stuff from Melbourne’s favourite dessert experts.
Head to the Market Square for treats from Doughboy Doughnuts and Chocolate Butter Bar, as well as choco treats from Paul Wilson from Mr Wilson's Tuckshop, Tad Lombardo of Cioccolato Lombardo, Fritz Gelato, Paddlewheel and Sweet Greek. 400 Gradi will be making chocolate dessert pizza and Adriano Zumbo Dessert Bar will bring a range of chocolate desserts as well.
Weiss will be holding a chocolate eating competition, there’ll be a chocolate fountain for copious marshmallow dipping and a pop-up caravan will be serving a selection of chocolate cocktails for those in need of a little extra zing. As well as dipping into plenty of samples, join a ticketed cooking class with Pierre Roelofs in the Essential Ingredient kitchen (make sure you pre-purchase) and look out for cooking demonstrations from the likes of Tad Lombardo and Christie Tania if you want to take some chocolate-making skills home with you.
