Time Out says

Pack up your swag and your hiking boots, it's time to go camping

Laneway bar (and by that we mean bar that is a laneway) Chuckle Park is hosting a camp-themed Sunday session, and yes, there will be fire, smoke, marshmallows and all things fun and outdoorsy.

Chuckle Park is teaming up with Melbourne Moonshine, so happy campers can get drinks like an apple pie-inspired shot. And what could be more appropriate for camping than beer by the fire? On offer will be Kaiju! Beer's Cthulu On the Moon, a dark beer perfect for winter.

A camper favourite is sure to be the Smokey the Bear cocktail, a blend of Scotch whisky and apricot hickory bitters, served in a glass bear and finished with hickory smoke. It definitely beats billy tea for fireside quaffing.

There will also be free mulled wine between noon and 3pm, and happy campers will get free toasted marshmallows all day.

Of course, no camping expedition would be complete without sausages. Vegan and gourmet sausages will be on offer, with all proceeds going to New Beginnings Animal Rescue, a local not-for-profit charity dedicated to the rescue of aged, special needs and puppy farm dogs.

You can also bring your own dog camping, as pets are encouraged. You and your dog can groove to camping favourites spun by DJs Dog Money and Tina Gurner.
