Wilson and Market is celebrating World Gin Day by transforming its terrace bar into Gin Alley. There, the bar will be throwing a mini gin festival pouring Sweden's Hernö, Wisconsin’s Death’s Door Distillery, London’s Fords Gin, Melbourne’s Death Gin, Adelaide Hills Distillery and Brunswick’s Patient Wolf.
You'll be able to taste these gins in their unadulterated form, as well as in gin and tonics and house cocktails developed for the day. To keep the party going, snacks will be making their way around to match the gins before the four-hour 'happy hour' between 6-10pm, allowing you to order any two of the 50 gins for the price of one.
