Review
Halfway up the mountain, this raw bark, taxidermy-filled mod-Oz restaurant and bar is one of the better places for lunch or après. You can crowd around the massive central fireplace, and the martinis and margaritas (if a lacking a little sting on occasion) are plus size and reasonably cheap by Melbourne standards ($12-$16). Get some long talon-shaped filo cigars filled with prawns if you’re snacking, or pizzas, pastas and salads if you're after a proper refuel. They’ve got B52 shots if you’re going for the other end of the classy spectrum.
