Alpine accommodation doesn’t get any better than QT Falls Creek.
Offering a range of apartments, from one-bedroom suites to a four-bedroom penthouse, the resort is located at the base of the Falls Express chairlift and features not only spacious rooms, including outdoor jacuzzis adjacent to a number of them, but a day spa that's the best in town.
When there's no snow, that shouldn't mean don't visit, because the region is one of Australia's most picturesque during summer, autumn and spring. During these months, and winter for that matter, it's about two extremes - going all out and bushwalking and skiing (or boarding), or simply kicking back, relaxing and enjoying the laid-back high mountain life.
Falls Creek has a plethora of good restaurants and bars - particularly ALTA at the resort and Oishii-Go up at Silverski Lodge - so if you're after some a little more action than deck chairs, you're in luck.
