Parents, take your kid's passion for film beyond the family couch. This NYC film festival, hosted by the Film Society of Lincoln Center, is a fun way to give your tykes and tweens a taste of classics like Princess Mononoke and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. It's also a perfect opportunity to give 'em access to shorts, silent films and lesser-known flicks like Riceballs, Weirdos, I Kill Giants and other picks from around the globe. My First Film Fest 2 offers popcorn at every screening, and this year it also includes a special $25 Young Movie Lovers Pass that admits two (one adult and one child).
