It's that time of year, and we couldn't be happier! Dec 15, 2017 marks the beginning of Girl Scout's 101st cookie-selling season, which means it's time to put in your orders for Thin Mints, Samoas and other family favorites. NYC's Girl Scouts are accepting pre-orders from now through Jan 21. You can do this by finding a cookie booth (the online tool can help), downloading the app (Android here) or asking your favorite Girl Scout for her digital cookie page.
“For more than a century, selling cookies has helped Girl Scouts practice important business skills that will serve them in whatever career they choose, while building confidence in their own abilities,” said GSGNY CEO Meridith Maskara. “Every cookie sale is a learning opportunity, and we are glad for our many customers each year that help Girl Scouts grow with each box they buy.” 65 cents from every box sold directly benefits the local troop.
