Take a swing at this Google Home Mini Golf pop-up

Google continues to innovate and provide exactly what people are looking for—and we're not just talking about online searches.

In honor of Google Home, the company decided to show families how much easier life can be with the help of the voice-activated device. The result? The Google Home Mini Golf pop-up in the West Village. Get ready to bring your A-game.

This putting course is not like the others you might visit this summer. The goal of a quick round of mini golf is to familiarize families with the new gadget. While yes, you'll be taking a few swings here and there, Google's voice-activated experience will teach you how to use the device, whether that includes turning on the TV so you don't miss your favorite shows, or figuring out how to put the lights on without flipping a switch. Pretty neat, right?

This exciting, free offering will kick off on May 30 from noon–8pm. After the initial opening, the Google golf course will welcome visitors big and small from May 31–June 4, from 10am–8pm. Don't forget to R.S.V.P. to this awesome happening! Won't be in town when the mini golf course comes? Fear not: It'll also make pitstops in Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta.

Attendees will be able to take home free swag (golf socks!) and a few lucky winners will score a free Google Home Mini or Max. Sweet!

Google Home? Play my favorite song to celebrate!
