No need to venture to a galaxy far, far away for an out-of-this-world art lesson. All you need to do is visit Star Wars Kids on YouTube.

The channel is perfect for young stormtroopers who can't get enough of the intergalactic series: Thanks to video clips, fun trivia and other cool activities, George Lucas' youngest fan base has something entertaining to tackle while at home.

In particular, we are most excited about the channel's "Let's Draw Star Wars" series. Since art is having a moment—free coloring books are available in spades and Disney's drawing classes are an absolute hit—we are anxious to put our creative skills to the test. Ready the colored pencils and may the force be with you, animators.

Here are a few of the Star Wars characters you can learn to draw:

Don't miss out on these step-by-step videos, which are perfect for little illustrators. Plus there are over 15 characters to master! When the drawing session wraps up, check out our favorite family movies (including Star Wars, of course). Watch the movies, you must.
