What happened to this missing Park Slope stuffed bunny?

Red alert! This cute stuffed cottontail is wandering around the Brooklyn neighborhood all by his lonesome—sans owner and carrots. If you and your kiddos ever experienced the loss of a furry friend, you can understand how dire the situation really is. Missing stuffed animals are no joke, friends.

Fortunately, there are people willing to help the solo bunny and his unidentified owner through this difficult time. Yesterday, the good samaritans at the Park Slope Business Development District posted a missing photo of the lost stuffed rabbit on its Facebook page. He is slender, about 10 inches or so in height, has perky ears and is donning a comfortable blue jacket like his style icon, Peter Rabbit.

In the photographs, the poor little fella is seen on the sidewalk of Fifth Ave and Saint Marks—clearly confused as to what's going on. In the second photo, he is then seen at the B63 Bus Stop, which is acting as a makeshift lost and found. Today, the Park Slope BID informed us that the rabbit is no longer at the bus stop, so we have to hope he's been reunited with his proper child (either that, or we hope he's headed for an exciting NYC adventure).
