Indoor amusement parks will get a slimy, Nickelodeon twist later this year.

After a lengthy wait, New Jersey's American Dream shopping and entertainment destination revealed that it will finally open its doors in fall 2019, Yahoo reports. Although visitors are eyeing the luxury brands and kids' clothing stores, we're particularly excited about the all of the great things to do...and the list is lengthy!

Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park

American Dream's forthcoming Nickelodeon attraction is reported to be the largest indoor theme park in the Western hemisphere, so expect to add a few fall day trips from NYC to your calendar. The eight-acre destination will house the world's steepest roller coaster for the thrill-seekers in your brood, along with other Nickelodeon-themed rides and attractions. It's a must for all cartoon fans.

DreamWorks Water Park

If you've booked a stay at Kartrite, New York's largest indoor water park, you're going to want to follow up with a visit to the country's largest indoor water park. Splash and dive into fun with all of your favorite DreamWorks friends at American Dream! (Is that you, Shrek?!)

Big SNOW

No need to worry about the weather forecast. Your winter getaways can take place right near home, courtesy of Big SNOW, the debut indoor snow park in the U.S.

The fun doesn't stop there

Families can also expect two mini-golf courses, a new aquarium, LEGOLAND center and so much more. Not that we are looking to bypass summer fun, but we're awfully excited for this autumn debut. Who wants to sit next to us on the roller coaster?!
