From June 5 to 11, you can drink as many Negronis as you want and not feel guilty about it—that’s because restaurants and bars are teaming up to donate a portion of Negroni proceeds to charity for the full week. Here’s where you can get Negroni or Negroni-inspired drinks and grub, all for a good cause:

Negronuts at the Doughnut Project
These little munchkins will be coated in a Campari-orange glaze and filled with vermouth whipped cream. 10 Morton St

Negroni Ring Ding at Duane Park Patisserie
This three-layer cake consists of gin- and vermouth–flavored cake layers with a Campari cream center and a coating of orange glaze. 179 Duane St

Negroni at Quality Eats and Quality Meats
Drink a classically-made Negroni (Dorothy Parker Gin, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth) infused with a nitrogen/Co2 gas mix and served on tap from a nitro-style faucet at these Quality restaurants. 19 Greenwich Ave; 57 W 58th St

Thee Hour Kyoto Negroni at Kobrick Coffee Co.
This caffeinated version of the Italian apertif includes the usual gin, sweet vermouth and Campari, but adds Kobrick’s single-origin Kenya coffee during a three-hour brewing process. 24 Ninth Ave

Additionally, be on the lookout for “Nuggronis” at the Nugget Spot, Negroni Cupcakes at Prohibition Bakery, Negroni pop tarts at Butter & Scotch and a rainbow-colored Negroni Pony waffle at the Horny Ram.
