Though the Momofuku Milk Bar pop-up at Madison Square Park shutters this weekend and Shake Shack still hasn't announced its renovated return, Manhattanites still have a hunger-inducing reason to head to Flatiron: The outdoor food-stall frenzy that is Mad. Sq. Eats returns May 1.

Open everyday from 11am to 9pm through May 28, the UrbanSpace open-air market welcomes hit makers like All'onda chef Chris Jaekle's Uma Temakeria and Hill Country Barbecue Market, who'll hawk fresh, Brazilian-inspired cone-shaped temaki sushi hand rolls and smokehouse specialties like dry-rubbed brisket and jalapeño-cheese sausages, respectively. More newcomers include Bombay Sandwich Co., Bangkok B.A.R., Paella Shack by Barraca and Gelato ti Amo, but you can also expect vets like the Cannibal, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Macaron Parlour, Calexico, Roberta's, Asiadog and a comeback by Momofuku Milk Bar.
